working principle

When the crusher is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. After the crushed material enters the crushing cavity, it is hit by high-speed wear-resistant hammers on several layers of rotors during the falling process. Rubbing and crushing, the rust, paint and other debris are gradually peeled off, and finally discharged from the lower outlet; the crushed mixture passes through the conveyor, magnetic separator, and the silicon steel sheets and copper (aluminum) are sorted and stacked.
